Monark Dankwah, communications officer for the Movement for Change’s France chapter, says Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is a flip-flopping liar who does not deserve to be president.
He brought the Vice President to task without holding back, claiming that he has lied to Ghanaians on numerous occasions and that his name appears on Google as Ghana’s number one liar.
The young communicator claimed that Dr. Bawumia is unqualified to represent a party in a presidential race.
He said it surprises him that the NPP and its allies had the audacity to even accuse former President John Dramani Mahama of corruption when they have two corrupt people in charge of the country’s affairs right in their own corridors.
He first took a swipe at President Akufo-Addo, saying he has turned the presidency into a clearing facility for his officials who have been caught in corruption-related activities.
He referenced former Special Prosecutor Martin Amidu’s description of Akufo-Addo as the “mother serpent of corruption.”
Monark Dankwah then tore into Dr. Bawumia, querying why various pledges he made had yet to be fulfilled.
He asked him to stop galavanting around and making more promises when the previous ones he had already made turned out to be nothing but lies.
He noted that the NPP has caused a mess in the country to the point that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has become more attractive than the elephant family.
“The NPP, through their numerous corruption scandals, has made the NDC more attractive. They have made Mahama a saint. They are also presenting Dr. Bawumia, a liar, as a saint, and the midwife who helped Mary deliver Jesus Christ. They make it sound like Bawumia is the Moses who delivered the Israelites from slavery. This is the man who told Ghanaians that he would digitise the school feeding programme, but it has turned out to be lie. He is the same person who promised to construct an airport and a harbour in Cape Coast, but it has turned out to be false. He told Ghanaians when he appeared on Asempa FM that the government had constructed the Pawlugu Dam in 2020, but he is now promising to construct it if elected on December 7, 2024. Bawumia is a certified liar. He is not somebody who should be trusted. He lied, saying that Ghana was the first country to implement the block chain policy in Africa when South Africa had started it years ago.
While in Zimbabwe, he run down the economy to the point that citizens had to put money on wheelbarrows to buy commodities. His office and letterhead was used in stealing several bags of rice. The fradualent PDS deal was championed by him. But this man is still galavanting about and making new promises when he has failed to deliver on those he made previously. He is a flip flopper who says something today and the next day, he tells us that he was only joking,” he told Dr. Ren on Rainbow Radio 92.4, United Kingdom.
He concluded by calling M4C candidate Alan Kyerematen as an incorruptible individual who is the best equipped to be President.
He stated that no one can link to a single instance of corruption or corruption-related activity against the former Trade and Industry Minister.
To him, the man has distinguished himself and will lead Ghana better.
