She mentioned this during the mid-morning broadcast on Rainbow Radio 87.5 FM)
with host Sokoohemaa Kukua.

According to her, whenever she is in Ghana to promote her work, she is given all the support.

The music she noted has been good for her, and she has won several awards for the quality of work she has done.

“It has not been easy, but music has been good. It’s good, but it’s as if you are living a double life since you live in the UK and are also required to return home. I have been coming home regularly. I also understand the system in Ghana and how I should go about my promotions. With the media team here, you guys have been kind to me. Whenever I come here to promote my work, you give me all the support I need.”

Alice McKenzie disclosed that she is also in Ghana to launch the Alice McKenzie Foundation to give back to society.

“I wish to contribute back to society. I’m from Ghana, and I want to give back to my community. So the Alice McKenzie charity is more than just a health-focused charity; it is a foundation for all purposes. It will support people who are in need, particularly those who require medical assistance. I am here to launch it. The Altar-Alice Mckenzie Annual Live Concert is also in September, and I’m here to promote it.”

In 2018, Alice released her first EP, “Ahunutanhunu,” featuring Noble Nkestiah and Morris Babyface.

In 2022, her second EP, “You Alone,” included the award-winning “Omo God” with Morris Babyface. She has ministered in UK churches, receiving accolades like Best Worship Song and Best Gospel Artist at the Ghana Music Awards UK.

Alice’s impactful music, including collaborations with musicians like Qwesi Oteng, Kobby Mantey, and Brother Sammy, brings healing, hope, and encouragement.

Her accolades include Best Afrobeat Song (TMMP Awards UK 2023) and Best Collaboration Song (Ghana Music Awards UK 2019). Alice McKenzie’s journey is a testament to her commitment to uplifting souls through her musical ministry.
