The organisers of the annual Africa Basketball Festival (ABF) are set to launch on August 17 in Laurel, Maryland, in the United States.
This would be the fourth edition after organising three successful editions in Ghana.
The Africa Basketball Festival (ABF) merges the game of basketball with fashion shows and music performances.
Different basketball teams from across different countries come together to compete for honours.
It also brings together fashion brands from different countries to exhibit their products with a touch of music.
The 2024 festival takes place in Accra, Ghana, from October 24-27 in 10 countries.
The organisers revealed that this year’s launch will witness the participation of basketball industry players, US fashion brands, and basketball lovers, as well as music industry players, to unveil plans for the US and other countries starting in 2025.
