The Electoral Commission (EC) has asked all stakeholders attending Tuesday’s critical Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) meeting to bring evidence and data to back up any discrepancies or concerns they may have about the Provisional Voters Register (PVR).
The EC, in a statement issued on Monday, September 30, 2024, said the only approach to addressing concerns about the register would have to be addressed in a collective manner.

The electoral body maintained that although the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has raised concerns about discrepancies in the register, it has yet to submit any evidence to support their allegations.

The EC stressed that the production of the Final Voters Register is a process, not a one-time event.
It further assured the public that it remains committed to working with IPAC to address any concerns raised by the NDC and any other stakeholder regarding the register.
