The Office of the President has reacted to social media posts surrounding the health conditions of Nana Bediatuo Asante.
A statement issued and signed by the Director of Communications at the Office of the President said the lawyer is in stable condition.
Detailing what happened, the statement revealed that Nana Bediatuo Asante, who was part of President Akufo-Addo’s delegation at the 79th UN General Assembly in New York, stayed behind to conduct further government business.
He, however, fell unwell and was subsequently admitted to the house.
‘’He is currently in stable condition and responding well to treatment. According to the medical team, Nana Bediatuo Asante’s recovery is on track, and we remain hopeful for his swift return for full recovery,’’ the statement added.
