The presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has asserted that the NPP government has outperformed the National Democratic Congress (NDC) across all sectors.

The Vice President says even in the face of the Covid-19 outbreak and the Russian-Ukraine, the Nana Addo led administration has done far better than the NDC government.

Decision by our campaign manager to join Bawumia is neither unexpected nor disruptive – KAA

Speaking at a community engagement in Akrofuom, Ashanti Region, on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, he said “NPP notwithstanding COVID-19, and all the global crisis, every sector of the economy, we have performed better than him [Mahama Dramani Mahama].”

“We have created more jobs, we have built more roads, more railways, more airports, more schools, more libraries, more sanitation facilities, more cocoa jobs, more agriculture, more industries, more Zongo Development. In every sector of the economy, we have done more than you.

“That is why I asked the former President to name one infrastructural improvement he has undertaken that has benefited the country. He has only one infrastructure and has been unable to do so.

“That’s why I challenged him to debate me, but he declined. He raced away like a chicken, scared.”
