Member of Parliament for Builsa South Dr. Clement Apaak has expressed strong optimism that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will emerge victorious.
He stated that the wind of change has blown with the fury of a typhoon.
In a post on X, formerly Twitter, the lawmaker noted that the number of casualties the New Patriotic Party has suffered will be historic.
He posited that just as former President John Dramani Mahama declared, the election was not between the NDC and NPP but rather between Ghanaians and the NPP.
He said the outcome of the results shows that Ghana has won.
“The wind of CHANGE has blown with the fury of a typhoon. The level of damage and the number of casualties will be historic. Indeed, JDM was right when he said; “This election is [was] not between NDC and NPP, it is between Ghanaians and NPP.” Congratulations, Ghana has won!”
