Minister-designate for the newly created Ministry of Youth Development and Empowerment George Opare Addo has expressed gratitude to President John Dramani Mahama for nominating him.
The lawyer and business executive who currently serves as National Youth Organiser for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) said he was deeply honoured and profoundly grateful to the president for the nomination.
‘’This is not just a personal milestone but a collective opportunity to rewrite the story of our nation’s youth. This story belongs to you, the young people of our nation, and we will write it together.
According to the nominee, his doors are always open to those who would want to interact with him irrespective of their creed and political affiliations.
