Mahdi Gibrill stated that the president is not interested in a trial-and-error presidency, hence appointing experienced hands to serve in his government.

Appearing on Frontline on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, he did the appointments to tell you the direction it is going. Some of the appointees were deputies under the previous Mahama government, and their elevation shows he was satisfied with what they did.

It also shows that the president wants experienced hands. He does not want a trial and error government. During the campaign, the President said at the point the country was now, we need experienced hands to transform the country. We would need experienced personalities to help him manage the country.”

He advised the nominees to save in the ibter at of the country and ensure that the vision of the President is achieved.

He said the appointments also done have proven that hard work, dedication, and loyalty to the party will surely be rewarded.

“The appointment should serve as a motivation for others, especially the young ones. Remain dedicated and work hard for the party, and you will surely be recognised, he added.

He also assured the Ghanaian public that the NDC will not repeat the mistakes of the previous government.

The Ghanaian people, he said, have trusted in the party; hence the party will not disappoint them.
