Gospel musician Uncle Ato has expressed gratitude to God for the comfort he gave him following the death of his wife.
The musician who is originally known as Rev. Alexander Bruce-Ghartey said it has not been easy, but God has been there for him.
He told Sokoohemaa Kukua on the morning show on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM that despite the difficulties, God has been good.
“Good had been good. God is a comforter. He has comforted me throughout the difficulties. God is able to lift our burdens, our bitterness, and our difficulties. He has the ability to do that. I am most grateful to God for his kindness and mercies,” he said.
Uncle Ato lost his wife in 2022.
The wife, Amen Ama Bruce-Ghartey, died on 10 November 2022.
When asked if he was willing to remarry after the passing of his wife, especially considering his role as a reverend minister, he said he would take guidance from God on what to do.
