President John Dramani Mahama is committed to pursuing a path of reform and transformation to revitalise Ghana’s economy, Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson has stated.
Presenting the 2025 budget before Parliament on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, assured that the government remains dedicated to implementing policies aimed at fostering economic stability and national development.
He said the president is focused on introducing structural reforms to address economic challenges and promote long-term sustainability.
“Mahama has chosen the path to reform and transformation, ensuring that we build a resilient and inclusive economy,” he noted.
According to him, the government also remains committed to the 24-hour economy policy and targeted investments in key sectors.
“Our focus is on strengthening the foundations of the economy to ensure sustainable growth for the benefit of all Ghanaians,” he added.
