The Ablekuma West constituency member of parliament, Rev. Kweku Addo, has asked Ghanaians to trust in the leadership of President John Dramani Mahama.
The man of God stated that the President is a man who keeps his word, and the Ghanaian public must be rest assured that he will deliver on his campaign promises.
He noted that the President’s second coming will be one that will be remembered, and the legacies that he will leave behind will shock us all.
Speaking on Frontline on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, he said the NDC has learned its lessons and will not take Ghanaians for granted.
Rev. Addo indicated that the 2025 budget will also rollout clear-cut policies that will address the economic challenges confronting the country.
The lawmaker said the NDC would have to maintain visibility, interact with the people, and keep its promises, and with that, the party will remain in office for a longer period.
”If you examine how President Mahama is going about with his appointment, sticking to his word, keeping it within the number frame, and now the state of the nation address and the issues he raised, I think so will the budget be. I am sure President Mahama is really bent on leaving a good legacy for us.”
He said the most important thing about the budget is about reducing the high cost of living, and the President will surely achieve that in transforming and restoring a stable economy.
