Dr Johnny Hon underscored the crucial role technology plays in increasing output and efficiency in economic development and mentioned how Ghana offers an advantageous setting for global collaborations.

Ghana’s Foreign Minister Mr Ablakwa, on his part, assured that the government would continue to work on advancing the country’s economic diplomacy by creating a desirable and safe environment for private local and foreign investment.

According to him, Ghana still remains friendly and peaceful and has a reliable judicial system, which are necessary for businesses to prosper.

The discussions also focused on initiatives to improve Ghana’s cooperation with foreign entities and introduction to advanced technologies in industries such as mining, security, agriculture, labour exports, and other special measures aimed at attracting foreign investment to Ghana.

The discussions concluded with both sides reaffirming their commitment for upcoming interactions that will benefit both sides and advance sustainable development.
