The management of Ghana Airport Company Limited (GACL), in consultation with Propark, the management company in charge of the KIA car parks, has increased the number of pay points to six (6) effective Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
The decision was taken following the reported long queues at the Terminal 3 Car Park Pay points at Kotoka International Airport (KIA), which went viral on social media.
Additionally, three officers have been deployed to assist customers who prefer to pay via mobile money transfer.
GACL announced that customers who wish to pay via bank card will also be assisted by officers with Point of Sale (POS) machines.
In a statement issued by GACL The company stated that these measures are to help ease congestion and the inconvenience experienced by our cherished customers.
It apologised to customers for any inconvenience caused.
“Management takes this opportunity to thank customers for their patience and patronage. Any inconvenience caused as a result of the long queues is deeply regretted,” it added.
