We’re not a gov’t that fancy sloganeering, we’II deliver on our promises – Mahdi Gibril

Mahdi Gibril stated that the NDC is not a sloganarian government, but rather a party serious about implementing initiatives that have the potential to transform people’s lives.

Appearing on Frontline on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, he explained that all of the NDC’s policies are well-thought-out, as opposed to the NPP’s policies, which had no impact.

” We are focused on keeping our promises. We promised to restore hope and revive the ailing economy, and we are following through. We promised to implement initiatives aimed at alleviating poverty and creating opportunities for all, particularly the underprivileged. ‘Launching initiatives is not important; what matters is the impact they will have on the lives of Ghanaians,’ he stated.

Meanwhile, he has reiterated that he is not interested in being appointed to government because his primary goal is to remain a party officer and work for the party.

According to Mr Gibril, the party still needs strong and dedicated members to manage it, and having everyone go after appointments could affect the stability of the NDC; hence, his decision to remain a party officer.
