Ghana’s Deputy Minister of Education, Dr. Clement Apaak, has represented Ghana at the ongoing African Agricultural Technologies conference at the Kigali Convention Centre in Rwanda from June 10 to 13, 2025.
The former Nigerian President, H.E. Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, delivered an insightful keynote address, underscoring that sustained investment is vital for Africa’s agricultural transformation.
The second edition of ACAT was officially opened by Rwandan Prime Minister Dr. Édouard Ngirente at the Kigali Convention Centre, with Ambassador Ibrahim Zanna, the Acting High Commissioner, in attendance.
Dr. Apaak, who is also the MP for Builsa South, participated in a constructive dialogue aimed at improving Africa’s food system.
