A 34-year-old man identified as Fatawu Adams has reportedly committed suicide after he caught his wife sleeping with another man in their matrimonial room.
The incident occurred at Yaamansa in the Jaman South of the Bono Region.
Reporting the story on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, Nana Kwame stated that Fatawu Adams had stepped out to attend to some personal matters but, upon his return, met another man allegedly sleeping with his wife.
He quietly left the room and stepped outside after witnessing the incident, without speaking to his wife about it.
However, the wife is said to have later informed Fatawu Adams that she was pregnant.
Fatawu denied responsibility and confronted the wife about her infidelity.
The wife, however, denied it and questioned the husband about why he did not raise an alarm after he allegedly caught her sleeping with another man.
The two did not speak about the incident again until Fatawu was found dead in what is suspected to be suicide.
The wife has also denied the allegations of having had an affair with another man.
The deceased has since been buried in accordance with Islamic rites.
