The Office of the Presidential Envoy for Interfaith and Ecumenical Relations has requested that religious leaders nationwide submit any prophecy or spiritual insight of national significance to its office for immediate review.
This was contained in a statement issued and signed by Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, Presidential Envoy for Interfaith and Ecumenical Relations, on August 10, 2025.
The directive applies to prophecies concerning high-profile political leaders, governance, national security, or public stability.
He explained in the statement that the move is expected to ensure accountability, discernment, and responsible stewardship over the nation’s destiny, particularly during uncertain times.
The statement also called for fervent prayers for the President, government, state institutions, bereaved families, and the nation following the helicopter crash that claimed the lives of eight individuals.
