According to her, the entire nation is behind them and so they have to win these crucial games.

She has therefore pledged to give her salary to the team as a form of appreciation should they make Ghana proud.

Speaking during the newspaper review segment on the morning show on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM (Frontline), she said, “I encourage the team to perform well and win the two crucial games. If they make the nation proud and secure victories and qualify for the World Cup, I am willing to give them my October salary as a form of appreciation.”

Afia Adjei Sikapa indicated that qualifying for the World Cup was something that will make Ghanaians proud, unite them, and win back the love for the team. She then asked Ghanaians to support the team and rally behind it.
