Bryan Acheampong’s second slot symbolises victory, campaign coordinator declares

October 11, 2025
Akonoba

Isaac Asare, known as Akonoba, a Zonal Campaign Coordinator for Dr. Bryan Acheampong, the Abetifi Member of Parliament contesting the January 31, 2026 presidential primary, has stated that the Number 2 slot picked by the aspirant signifies victory.

Speaking in an interview on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, Akonoba highlighted the significance of the number. He stated that in numerology, the Number 2 represents balance and duality.

He further elaborated that the second position on the ballot reflects unity, stability, and ultimate victory.

Akonoba indicated that for the campaign team, this ballot position suggests that Bryan Acheampong, as the potential 2028 presidential candidate, will foster unity, partnership, and togetherness within the party.
Isaac Asare emphasized the pervasive nature of duality in life, citing fundamental examples like our pairs of hands, feet, eyes, and ears—essential bodily parts that underscore the necessity of collaboration for success.

He asserted that with Bryan Acheampong as the candidate, he will work with every segment of the party to secure the victory the New Patriotic Party (NPP) needs.

According to Asare, the significance of the Number 2 also holds a spiritual dimension, suggesting that Bryan Acheampong is destined to secure the victory God intends for him.

“Those of us who understand numbers will appreciate that Two represents balance and partnership,” he noted. He drew parallels to divine creation: “God created night and day, good and evil, negative and positive. This shows that for everything that exists in this world, we have two different types, and God stands in the middle.” He concluded that with God on his side, Acheampong is set for victory.
”At this juncture of the NPP’s existence, we require a unifier—someone who can unite the party and secure victory,” Asare stated. “Dr. Bryan Acheampong stands for unity, partnership, collaboration, and togetherness.”

He concluded by expressing optimism that the NPP delegates will rally behind Bryan Acheampong.

While acknowledging that delegates may not solely use ballot position in their decision, he stressed that hard work, a compelling message, and effective persuasion are the true determinants of victory.

Mr Asare asserted that Bryan Acheampong has excelled in this regard, having successfully convinced the delegates to vote overwhelmingly for him.
