The Communication Director of Accra Hearts of Oak, Kwame Opare Addo, has revealed that the appointment of Mr Julius Ben Emunah was driven by his alignment with the club’s philosophy and ideological direction.
In an exclusive interview on Rainbow Sports on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, the communication director explained that Ben Emunah’s vision, leadership style, and understanding of the club’s core values made him the right fit for the Phobians at this stage of their development.
He further explained that maintaining continuity in philosophy is key to building a stable and competitive team, adding that Ben Emunah’s approach reflects the discipline, structure, and identity that Hearts of Oak have always stood for.
The board and management believe that bringing in a figure who shares the same ideological direction will help ensure stability and consistency within the club, especially at a time when long-term planning is crucial for sustained success.
