Member of Parliament for Bole-Bamboi and Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Alhaji Yusif Sulemana, has inspected ongoing school renovation works in his constituency as part of efforts to improve education delivery.
The MP said he visited project sites in Gbenfu and Manful on Thursday afternoon, adding that similar works are underway in Kakiase, Maluwe, and Kiape.
“As part of my efforts to boost education delivery in my beloved constituency of Bole-Bamboi, I have over the years, in collaboration with the District Education Directorate and Assembly, renovated several defective schools across the constituency that were inhibiting quality teaching and learning outcomes,” Hon. Sulemana stated.
He noted that the renovations target schools with structural defects that hinder academic work. “These and many more I shall continue to do to significantly improve the quality of education delivery to my beloved constituents,” he added.
New school blocks coming.
The Deputy Minister also disclosed plans to break ground for additional school infrastructure. “I shall also cut sod for the construction of additional school buildings tomorrow in some communities in the constituency,” he said.
The projects are being undertaken in collaboration with the District Education Directorate and the Bole District Assembly.
Hon. Alhaji Yusif Sulemana has served as MP for Bole-Bamboi since 2017 and currently doubles as Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources.
