The Wontumi Campaign has pledged its full political weight to support Mr. John Boadu’s bid for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Chairmanship.
Speaking at a press conference at the campaign’s Asylum Down office in Accra today, Administrator Dennis Okyere Danso described the move as a strategic decision aimed at consolidating party unity ahead of upcoming national elections.
“This is not a decision born of convenience or political pressure,” Mr. Danso stated. “After extensive consultations and a careful assessment of the political landscape, we are convinced that uniting our forces serves the best overall interest of the party.”
He noted that the campaign team brings a vast grassroots network of activists, executives, and communicators across all regions to bolster Mr. Boadu’s campaign.
The alliance aims to bridge internal gaps and build a formidable front to ensure victory for the party in the next general elections.
