He emphasized that the constituency structure remains the backbone of the NDC, as it is the level where the party connects directly with voters, tests ideas, organizes members, and sustains its collective strength.

Addressing the aspirants’ role in strengthening party resilience, he shared:

”As we work to build a stronger, more inclusive, resilient and caring NDC, the role of our constituency executives will be indispensable. You will be among those entrusted with translating our values into action and ensuring that every member feels seen, heard and valued.”

Mr. Vanderpuye expressed confidence that the electoral process will deepen unity across the party and prepare the NDC for future service:

”I therefore commend all of you for your willingness to serve and wish you the very best from the opening of nominations through the entire electoral process.

May this process strengthen our bonds as comrades and emerge with a party structure that is united, vibrant and ready to serve.”

As nominations open today, I wish to extend my sincere best wishes to all comrades who have offered themselves to serve the National Democratic Congress at the constituency level.

Your decision to put yourselves forward is a demonstration of commitment to our great party and, more importantly, to the people at the grassroots. The constituency structure remains the backbone of our party. It is at this level that our connection with the people is built, our ideas are tested, our members are organised, and our collective strength is sustained.

As we work to build a stronger, more inclusive, resilient and caring NDC, the role of our constituency executives will be indispensable. You will be among those entrusted with translating our values into action and ensuring that every member feels seen, heard and valued.

I therefore commend all of you for your willingness to serve and wish you the very best from the opening of nominations through the entire electoral process.

May this process strengthen our bonds as comrades and emerge with a party structure that is united, vibrant and ready to serve.

I wish you all well.
