The National Democratic Congress has outlined its roadmap for the upcoming constituency elections scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, calling on all delegates, aspirants, and party members to strictly observe established electoral protocols.

Party leadership confirmed that the party’s election directorate has been collaborating with relevant internal structures to ensure the smooth conduct of the two-day exercise across the country.

Speaking on the arrangements, General Secretary Fiifi Fiavi Kwetey stated that the Electoral Commission of Ghana will supervise and conduct the entire voting process, supported by the respective constituency election committees. He urged all stakeholders and candidates to cooperate fully with electoral officers to safeguard the integrity of the polls.

Addressing security concerns, Mr Kwetey emphasized that the leadership of the party has placed all security arrangements squarely in the hands of the Ghana Police Service to protect lives and property throughout the exercise.

He cautioned that no government appointee or private individual will be permitted to deploy personal security detail or bodyguards to election venues, warning that any attempts to intimidate delegates would not be tolerated.
