The deputy minister for education joined the academic community at Oyibi on Sunday to witness the formal induction of Professor Daniel Ganu as the new vice-chancellor of Valley View University.

Delivering a speech on behalf of the minister for education, the deputy minister described the appointment as a significant vote of confidence in Professor Ganu’s vision and professional discipline.
