Warning shots have been fired at the Odododiodoo constituency following a misunderstanding between supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the governing Nee Patriotic Party (NPP).
According to Rainbow Radio’s Isaac Worlanyo Wallace, some supporters of the opposition stormed a house in the area on suspicion that a ballot box stuffed with ballots was being kept there.
The residents and supporters prevented the NDC from entering the house leading to the scuffle.
The police had to be deployed to the area to prevent the scuffle and maintain law and order.
