The newly elected Treasurer of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA),
Linda Ansong has expressed her gratitude to delegates for voting for her.
She has promised to deliver on the mandate she has been given to serve in her capacity as Treasurer.
She is looking forward to work to generate more funds for the Association.
Linda Ansong speaking on Rainbow Sports promised to use her experience to generate more resources for GHALCA.
One other area she seeks to introduce is insurance for members and the clubs.
“Our members need insurance so that when the unfortunate happens, we can get support for them. We need insurance for the various clubs so they would have something to fall on when the unfortunate happens.”
Linda Ansong, is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ghana Premier league (GPL) club, Liberty Professionals.
She polled 90 votes to beat Justice Boison in elections, who got 23 votes to become the Treasurer.
