NDC; How Long Will You Remain In The Grave Of Elections 2020?

October 27, 2021

When all the puerile rants began; after John Mahama led the National Democratic Congress (NDC), into a second electoral defeat to Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, many were those who tolerated the rants to be the immediate effects of the pangs of losing an election.

When the rants continued, and the threats of going to court emerged, it was ok for such rants to be tolerated.

Believing that the rants would result in John Mahama and his lackeys in the NDC producing figures and evidence to back the claims; the nation was shocked when the rants, turned out to be nothing but, empty rants.

In fact, according to one of the learned Justices of the Supreme Court who sat on the Election Petition case, the NDC shockingly presented, spreadsheets, instead of the Pink Sheet, a key primary document needed in any electoral dispute. How disgraceful!!!

The nation was hoping that, after the disgraceful and disgusting performance at the Supreme Court, John Mahama and his infidels, would give the ears of the nation, the peace needed to focus on more important issues.

Unfortunately, John Mahama has refused to mature, and continues to disturb the ears of the nation with his unverifiable claim that the Electoral Commission of Ghana, stole the victory for His Excellency President Akufo-Addo.

The Informer knows it for a fact that, John Mahama is simply disturbing the ears of the nation because he thinks that is the only way he can get attention and remain relevant in the discourse of the nation. Such banal thinking!!!

If the noise of John Mahama was not deeply destroying the image and credentials of the NDC; The Informer would not have been bothered.

However, there is a plethora of public opinion evidence to prove that, the more John Mahama continues to baselessly accuse the Electoral Commission of Ghana, the more the Corporate Image of the NDC suffers reputational damage.

Especially in the wake of the recent rantings of John Mahama – which was effectively and efficiently dealt with by the EC on, Monday, October 25, 2021, it is about time that, the saving brains of the NDC, wake up and save the image of the Party.

The embarrassing situation is becoming untenable, and it is very critical that the already dented image of the NDC is not battered beyond recognition.

The 2020 Elections are long over, and no amount of whining by John Mahama, will make him President in the stead of His Excellency President Akufo-Addo.

John Mahama is making it very obvious that he is a very bad loser whose behaviour is akin to that of an infant who has lost a toy and is crying endlessly until a new toy is bought.

If the NDC is bent on not losing the 2024 Elections, then the earlier the Party finds a proper way of caging the nuisance of John Dramani Mahama, the better it would be for the NDC.

The NDC is a serious political party; and not a party for jokers nor cry babies.

NDC: Wake up from your slumber and regain your proper image on the Ghanaian political landscape.

If however; the NDC has decided that it does not care about its reputation; that is the Party’s own “wahala”!
