GHALCA chose Kotoko, Hearts for Prez cup cause of money, I disagree with the decision-Oluboi

February 23, 2022

The Chief Executive Officer for the Accra based Club Olympics, Mr. Oluboi Commodore, has slammed the Ghana league club Association for selecting Kotoko and hearts to play this year’s president cup.

Speaking on Rainbow Sports he said he thinks Ghalca needs money that is why they selected Kotoko and Hearts of Oak so they can give them the full capacity.

In his view, other clubs should have been also contacted since football is money now.

He said so far as there are sponsors, other teams should have been given the opportunity.

He has therefore asked the organizers to consider other clubs.

The game has been slated for 4th March 2022, with the country’s 68th Independence anniversary to be celebrated two days after the match.
