Ghana will play its first World Cup game against Portugal after being drawn into Group H in the FIFA Qatar 2022 World Cup draw.
Ghana is also in the same group as Uruguay and Korea.
The senior national team, the Black Stars qualified for the world cup on Tuesday, after holding Nigeria to a 1-1 draw in an away game.
The team has been commended for their qualification.
The team failed to perform at the African Cup of nations where they were eliminated in the group stage.
