Public Relations Officer for Kotoku Royals, Okatakyire Afrifa has described the team’s qualification to the Premier League as the greatest news for them and their supporters.
He explained that the team’s qualification has brought joy to the entire Odaman.
He said “the joy after qualifying to the Ghana Premier League cannot be described and the entire Odaman is excited about the news’.
Oda Kotoku royals are among three of division one clubs promoted to the Ghana premier League this season.
The club topped the Division one zone 3 with 63 points.
The team qualified for the first time in the history of the club and they are the second club from the Eastern region after Okwahu United to qualify to play in the Premier League.
‘’You have to come and see the joy in Odaman yourself, everyone is really happy about the club’s qualification’’, he said.
He also added that “we are here to compete and win. The boys are ready to make history for themselves in the league. We are competent we are determined, well organised and capable of playing in the premier league. We have good players and what it takes to compete and stay in the League next season”.
