A private legal practitioner, Fiifi Buckman, has posited that Aisha Huang’s threats against some top political leaders on several sex tapes have nothing to do with the case against her.
According to the lawyer, the Chinese national violated our laws and must stand trial for her criminal offence, and the alleged sex tapes she claims to have, have nothing to do with the sex tapes.
He stated that even if she has the tapes, which have yet to be proven, it will not affect the case.

“There is a difference between the public life of people and their private life. And so if the person has had sex with someone, it may not affect his public life. Unless the issue at stake is affecting the performance of the public officer involved.
If you have engaged in criminality and you are being prosecuted, it is not about. having sex with anyone. If the state, wants to prosecute her, they can prosecute her. If they want to deal with her, they can deal with her. It has nothing to do with a sex tape which has not been proven anyway. You have breached our laws and are being prosecuted and you are talking about the sex tape.”
The lawyer was speaking on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm.
“If the one you are blackmailing with the sex tape resigns, a new person will take over the office and the prosecution against you will continue.”
