Hanny Sherry Ayittey, the former Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development, has died.
The former minister died at the age of 75.
Her death has been confirmed by her relatives.
The family announced in a brief statement that more information will be released later.

with deep sorrow the death of their beloved daughter and sister, Hon. Hanny
Sherry Ayittey, on July 22, 2023.
