The student at the centre of the assault case at Adisadel College has been granted bail by the Cape Coast District Court 2.
On Friday, July 28, 2023, the student appeared in court for the first time.
The perpetrator was granted bail by the court presided over by His worship Eric Oheneba Antwi Boasiako to reappear in court on August 2, 2023.
The case was postponed because the court lacked the necessary number of jurors for the juvenile case.
The student was arrested by police in Cape Coast earlier this week.
He was charged with causing hurt and assault, and then released to the school’s Headmaster to appear in court on Friday.
