Iyta Bt, a new Ghanaian artiste, has released his new single, “Gimme Way.”
Originally known as Gracious Kwabena Dwomoh, who has been in the industry for over a decade, says it has not been easy for him given the challenges that new artistes face.
The new single highlights the difficulties that musicians face when promoting, marketing, and releasing songs.
According to him, he released the song to tell a genuine and real story about something he has gone through.
”I started making music for about a decade now, but the resources required to reach the pinnacle of my music career have not been easy to come by,” he told Rainbowradioonline.com.
”There have been times when I tried to seek help for assistance in producing my music and promoting it from people I know could help, but all came to nought due to my lack of financial support,” he explained.
This song, ‘Gimme Way,’ was written with the intention of indicating that, while I may not have the resources to elevate myself if the world gives me only their ears and support, I will deliver very good music content that will blow their minds. So they should let me show them what I am capable of.”
