Multiple award-winning Ghanaian disc jockey DJ Pho has been nominated in two (2) categories of the 2023 Ghana DJ Awards.
The multitalented DJ earned nominations in the ‘Male Radio DJ of the Year’ and ‘Mobile DJ of the Year’ categories of the prestigious award ceremony.
Real name Kwaku Afriyie Asante Boateng, DJ Pho first won the ‘Mobile FJ of the Year’ award at the 2014 ceremony.
He will be facing competition from DJ Cacious, DJ Ikon, DJ Phletch, DJ Wobete, Mr. Shark, DJ Sly King, and Mr. Kaxtro in the ‘Male Radio DJ of the Year’ category.
In the ‘Mobile DJ of the Year’ category, he is joined by AD DJ, DJ Mark D, DJ Speech, DJ Dela, DJ Juicy, DJ Page, and DJ Wallpaper.
DJ Pho, who hosts the ‘Total Request Live’, ‘Club 87’, ‘Listener’s Choice’, and ‘Vibes On Vibes’ shows on Accra-based Rainbow Radio, is optimistic about winning in these two (2) categories.
