Presidential candidate of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama on Friday February 24, 2024, joined the Amir and Missionary-in-charge, Alhaj Maulvi Noor Mohammed Bin Salih, and the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community at the 91st Annual Jalsa Salaana of the Mission at Gomoa Pomadze.
He commended the Ahmadiyya Community for its invaluable contributions to our country.
According to him, “We should continue to promote the values of unity, inclusivity, and progress as a people while acknowledging the challenges we face as a country and resolve to take action to bring change.
We cannot afford to be complacent in adversity. Instead, we must harness the unity and resilience that defines us as Ghanaians to chart a path towards economic recovery and prosperity”, he said.
He added “As we look towards the future, I urge all of us to recognise and celebrate the invaluable contributions of organisations like the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.
Their ethos of service and selflessness is a guiding light for all of us as we strive to build a better, more prosperous Ghana for generations to come.”
