President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has reassigned Hon. Stephen Amoah, Deputy Minister for Trade and Industry and Member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso, as Deputy Minister of Finance.
Eugene Arhin, Director of Communications at the Presidency, made the announcement in a statement.
The Hon. Stephen Amoah served as Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry.
According to the statement, his appointment is effective immediately.
He will succeed the late John Kumah, who held the job.
Following Stephen Amoah’s reappointment as Deputy Minister for Finance, President Akufo-Addo has appointed Kofi Ahenkorah Marfo, Member of Parliament for Achiase, as Deputy Minister-designate for Trade and Industry, pending to parliamentary approval.
