The Dumor and Allied Families have announced the final funeral rites for the late Ghanaian business leader and the late Komla Dumor’s sister, Mawuena Trebarh.
Mawuena Trebarh passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, two days before her birthday.
A memorial service, according to a statement issued by the family, would be held on June 29, 2024, at the Holy Spirit Cathedral.
Burial, as stated in the statement, would be private.
A Thanksgiving service has been scheduled for June 30, 2024, at the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Adabraka.
Ahead of the funeral, friends and sympathisers are welcome to sign a book of condolence at the residence of Prof. Ernest Dumor, father of the deceased.
Mrs. Trebarh was a prominent figure in Ghanaian business.
She served as the first female CEO of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) from 2013 to 2017.
Mrs. Trebarh was also the founding director and Chief Business Strategist at Inspire Africa.
She is survived by her husband, Flt. LT. Divine Trebarh, and their daughter, Katherine Joy.
