Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, Founder and Presiding Archbishop of Action Chapel International, warns that anyone who plots to manipulate or rig the upcoming presidential and legislative elections on December 7 will face God’s wrath.

The respected man of God, through special prayers, said those who have plotted the rigging of the elections would be cursed beyond this generation.

Leading participants at the iconic Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, June 30, for Joe Mettle’s Praise Reloaded mega concert, he warned those who have such plots to rescind their decision or the curses will hit them and their entire generation now and beyond.

He underscored the need for a free, fair, and transparent election, adding that the will of the people and, more importantly, the will of God must be respected.

“Anybody that will take money, receive money to manipulate the outcome of elections; anybody that will do anything that will cause the blood of anybody to be shared, to kidnap anybody, to cause what I call organised robbery to create violence, to cause anybody’s blood to be shed, a curse will come upon you and your decendants,” he prayed.

Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams also prayed for projections and imaginations, as well as for those attempting to rig the elections to fail.

“Let their expectations backfire, and let their enchantments and incantations backfire. There are complications and consequences for doing wrong by the country. Let the will of the people be respected. Let the will of God be done. Let God arise, and let his enemies be scattered. Let there be no bloodshed by anybody. This election is not worth one Ghanaian being slain, and let not our children be raised in a desolate land,” he said.

The concert was under the theme “The Holy Spirit Encounter.”

There were performances from renowned musicians like MOG, Ohemaa Mercy, Pastor Isaiah, and Nathaniel Bassey.

They shared the stage with rising talents like Sunmisola Agbebi and Team Eternity Ghana.

The free event was attended by respected and renowned politicians and men of God, including Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams and the NDC’s Sam George.
