Former First Lady Lordina Mahama has penned a lovely statement in memory of the 32 years of her marriage with former President John Dramani Mahama.
In her post on Facebook, Mrs. Mahama said her heart is filled with gratitude for the love, support, and commitment the two of them have poured into their marriage and family.
She described Mr. Mahama as a man of wisdom with the ability to balance his public life with family responsibilities.
“As we celebrate this special day, let me share a verse that beautifully encapsulates the strength of our home: “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labour in vain” (Psalm 127:1). With faith at the foundation of our relationship, we have built a loving and nurturing environment for our children, and I am always proud of what we have accomplished together.
