Multiple award-winning Ghanaian disc jockey DJ Pho has been nominated in two (2) categories of the 2024 Guiness Ghana DJ Awards.
He has been nominated in the ‘Event DJ of the Year’ and ‘Mobile DJ of the Year’
He would be facing off competition in the first category with the likes of DJ Lord OTB, DJ Toyor, DJ Vyrusky, DJ Ikon, DJ Loft, DJ Sam, AD DJ, and DJ Juicy.
Real name Kwaku Afriyie Asante Boateng, DJ Pho first won the ‘Mobile FJ of the Year’ award at the 2014 ceremony.
For the Mobile DJ of the Year, which he won in 2014, he would be facing competition from DJ Page, DJ ABX, DJ Dials, DJ Amachi, DJ Toyor, DJ Floppy, and DJ Phantom.
DJ Pho, who hosts the ‘Total Request Live’, ‘Club 87’, ‘Listener’s Choice’, and ‘Vibes On Vibes’ shows on Accra-based Rainbow Radio, is optimistic about winning in these two (2) categories.
