A-Plus, a Ghanaian musician and entrepreneur, has won the parliamentary election for the Gomoa Central Constituency on December 7, 2024.
A-Plus ran as an independent candidate.
In a social media post, A-Plus proudly declared, “I WON!!” Provisional findings appear to support his claim.
He defeated the incumbent Member of Parliament, Naana Eyiah Quansah of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Naana Eyiah has been the MP for Gomoa Central and is currently Ghana’s Deputy Minister of Interior.
