Police on manhunt for church choir member alleged to have murdered a minor for ritual purposes

The Aflao Police is currently pursuing Ahiable Yao David, a fan milk vendor and church choir member, in connection with the alleged murder of a five-year-old girl for ritual purposes.

According to reports, the incident occurred on Monday, May 12, 2025, in the Ketu South Municipality.

Subsequently, blood-stained clothing was discovered on the suspect’s premises, prompting a police search.

A pot containing human body parts was found under the suspect’s bed during the investigation.

The incident has sent shockwaves through the local residents and the family of the deceased minor.
