Gospel musician Minister Bernard Appiah has revealed he had to abandon his job in the aviation sector to follow his divine calling to serve the Almighty God.
The musician disclosed that several confirmations and prophecies have come through, and it was important for him to obey the voice of God.
Speaking with Sokoohemaa on the mid-morning show on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, Minister Appiah said he took the decision in order not to disobey God.
As a young minister, the musician expressed his preparedness to serve God and win souls for him through his work.
‘’I have studied aviation and completed my education. But I have had to abandon aviation because of the calling on my life. Several prophets have prophesied about my calling. Personally, I have also seen myself in dreams preaching about the gospel. I have also dreamt seeing myself on huge platforms preaching the gospel,’’ he said.
When asked if he couldn’t combine the two, he replied, ”No, I can’t. Serving God, and when there is a call on your life, you must be committed. Working in the aviation industry requires 24 hours of service per day, with only one month off and the remaining 11 months spent on the plane. That is why I have decided to abandon it and concentrate on my calling so that I am not distracted.
He was hopeful he would sail through his music career no matter the challenges that may come his way.
