The Office of the Member of Parliament for Builsa South, Dr. Clement Abas Apaak, has announced a grand sod-cutting ceremony for the commencement of major educational infrastructure projects across the constituency.
The event is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. and will be held across selected communities, including Zamsa, Bachonsa, Kanjarga Nyansa, Nadema-Luisa, and Kanjarga.
The initiative is being spearheaded by the member of Parliament for Builsa South and deputy minister for education, Clement Abass Apaak. Also expected at the event is the District Chief Executive for Builsa South, Ann Musah.
The projects to be commissioned form part of a broader effort to improve access to quality education and enhance teaching and learning conditions in the district.
Key projects include the construction of the Kanjarga & Builsa South District Education Complex, two-unit kindergarten blocks, multiple classroom blocks equipped with 12-seater toilet facilities, dining halls with kitchens, two-story dormitory blocks for both boys and girls, and a three-bedroom headmaster’s bungalow.
These developments are expected to significantly boost educational infrastructure in the District, reduce congestion in classrooms, and provide a more conducive learning environment for students and teachers.
The initiative underscores the MP’s commitment to delivering quality education, transforming lives, and building a stronger future for the people of Builsa South and beyond.
