Music curator Yaw Dan has suggested that Stonebwoy is currently making waves considering the release of his ‘1Gad’ release.
The curator who works with Boomplay believes the ‘1Gad’ fever has gone viral with several musicians using it.
Appearing on Rainbow Entertainment on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, he indicated that anyone working with Stonebwoy should be proud.
Yaw Dan said: ”If I were working with Stonebwoy, I would be happy because of the kind of talk abilities 1Gad is generating around the release will spike his streaming, it will spike his numbers, it will spike his social interactions. So anybody who uses this data would be wondering who is this guy and why his stuff is moving up.”
The 1Gad trend is doing wonders, and I think Stonebwoy is benefiting.
He said although 1Don from Shatta Wale started, it has not gained the attention due to the poor visuals of the song.
”If you have realised, there was no conversation around 1Don until the release of 1Gad.”
