Talented fast rising Ghanaian rapper Richard Abbey” better known by his stage name Rahk Drey, has opined that what sets him apart other rappers is his versatility.
Appearing on the Away Bus show on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, he said he has a unique ability to not only rap but sing.
He told host DJ Slash that he is also a musician who can release very powerful commercial songs that will set him apart from other already existing rappers.
When asked what sets him apart, he said, my vibe. I have the ability to sing, write and rap. I can release all types of genres and that is what makes me unique. I am an all round musician and I think that was what is special about me.”
Rahk Drey is a Ghanaian rapper and songwriter from Dansoman,Accra Ghana,
he is best known for his mixtape hit single “Bendo”.
His story writing lyrics and punchlines gives his music an upbeat vibe and conscious feel.
At early age, Rahk Drey had a deep love and passion for music.
Growing up, he was heavily inspired by hip hop,hip life and soul music.
He transitioned from a fanatic listener to an artiste in early 2016 and has blazed a trial for his music career ever since
Rahk Drey is currently signed to Hit Mixer Records, a Ghanaian independent record label based in Kumasi for five years.
He expressed gratitude to the label saying since he signed with them, his writing skills have improved tremendously.
He promised to remain loyal to the record label.
