Rainbow Radio’s skillful and talented mid-morning show host Sokoohemaa Kukua has been crowned Greater Accra Region’s overall best mid-morning show host at this year’s Foklex Media awards ceremony.
She was crowned winner at the 11th edition for her outstanding performance and talent by the organizers.
She toppled Ohemaa Woyeje, Angel FM, Nana Romeo, Accra FM, Agyemang Prempeh, Power FM, Caroline Sampson, Asaase Radio, Father Innocent, Original FM and Bronat Kasapa FM to be crowned winner.
Sokoohemaa expressed her excitement saying she was humbled by the show of love she got after winning the award.
“I was surprised and delighted to see people show me genuine love,” he said.
“Thanks to my God, the one who works in his time. Thanks to FOKLEX MEDIA for the recognition. Thanks to my team and all my loved ones for the support. I appreciate it,” she added.
The event was held at the National Theatre, Accra on Saturday, April 30, 2022, with the ultimate winner taking home a brand new car.
